St Sidwell's C.E. Primary School & Nursery

The school office will normally be attended by one of our office staff between 8.30 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

Children must not be left unsupervised on the school premises before 8.45 a.m. If a child was abducted or there was an accident, the school could be held responsible and so we cannot allow this. The school becomes responsible for children at 8.45 when a member of staff will be present in the playground. Children are able to go straight into class as they arrive. If parents/carers need childcare at the start of the day we offer Fun Club Breakfast from 7.45 a.m.

School times:

8.45am School opens and children go straight into class as they arrive.
8.55am School starts. Registers are taken.
9.00 am “Wake up, Shake up” exercise routine for the whole school
10.10 -10.25am Playtime for KS1 and KS2 children 
10.30 -10.45am Assembly and Worship
12.00 -1.00 Lunch Hour
2.50 - 3.05pm Playtime - Key Stage 1 only (this time is flexible)
3.30pm School finishes for all children
